Our Dry-In Barndominium Shell is designed to get your barndominium protected from the elements quickly so you can take over the interior at your own pace. Oakmont handles the structural portion of the build—including the foundation, engineered frame, roof system, exterior metal, doors, and windows—so the building is fully dried in and weather-tight. Once the shell is complete, homeowners can finish the interior themselves or with their own contractors, which can significantly reduce overall project costs. This approach allows you to save money while still starting with a professionally built structure designed for durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
